These terms cover your use of the Dube Property Maintenance & Hardscaping website. Our paid services are covered by separate agreements.
The website chat assistant answers your questions using replies generated by Anthropic's AI service. You can choose to share your contact information and project details so we can follow up. The assistant cannot book a call.
We and our marketing agency, AQ Marketing, keep your chat messages and any details you provide. These are also sent to our customer relationship management system, LeadConnector / HighLevel, so we can respond.
Our website includes affiliate links. Some pages also use third-party tools, such as interactive Google Maps and Elfsight content widgets. When these tools load, your browser connects to their providers. Google receives your IP address and may set cookies. Elfsight receives your IP address and browser details.
These terms do not threaten or penalize you for posting an honest review, including a negative review. You can post an honest review without threats from us intended to prevent it or make you remove it. This includes physical threats, intimidation, threats to disclose embarrassing information, baseless legal threats, lawsuits we do not intend to file, and public accusations we know are false or make with reckless disregard for whether they are true.
We do not pay for reviews or endorsements or offer incentives for reviews on our website.
We post updates on this page with a new effective date.
